• For Standard Web Site Designing, Custom Scripts, Small Databases etc:
  Payment is to be made immediately upon successful completion of the order. This must reach us no later than 14 days from the date of successful completion or as negotiated.
  
   
• For Large Web Sites or if completion is delayed for any reason:
  Progress Payment will be applicable. The Terms will be as agreed mutually.
  
   
• For Web Site Hosting:
  In Advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Mode of Payment:

Wherever possible, all overseas payment (Payments remitted from any country other than India) should be made through Electronic Wire Transfer directly into our Bank Account, details of which will be provided at appropriate time.

However, should that be not possible for any reason, payments may be made by crossed Demand Draft or Cheques.

Restricted Contents:

We do not associate ourselves in Designing, Hosting or any other related activities of the following types of Web Sites:

• Websites with adult graphic content (softcore and/or hardcore), including, but not limited to, banners advertising any adult website(s), child pornography, and distribution of adult website passwords.
• Websites promoting activities that violate the government laws, specifically that of India (where this company is registered) and the US (where the server is located & www.nikisoft.net is hosted).
• "Warez" sites (freely distributing copyright programs), or sites promoting hacking and/or cracking programs.
• Websites which directly or indirectly may pose a threat to communal harmony, promote hate and such other act that are un-acceptable to the society.
